**Returns Eligibility**
At menrippedjeans, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items with original tags attached, returned in their original packaging. However, we do not issue refunds for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged through normal use or misuse.

**Damaged or Defective Items**
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item, and we will gladly replace it for you.

**Incorrect Orders**
If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the package. We will work with you to arrange a return and issue a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

**Non-Returnable Items**
For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These include, but are not limited to, items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or have removed tags. All sale items are final sale. Please note personalized/customized orders (including specific rip patterns, special sizes, or unique distressing) are non-returnable. Customized items are made specifically for you and therefore refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not applicable for these items.

**Refunds Processing**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
